Yangjiang Xinhuan Water Purification Co£γ., Ltd. was established in 2019 as a group-contrλ ​≈olled enterprise with a total investment of 100♥φ million yuan and a registered cλ‌≈apital of 20 million yuan.™‌ It adopts the PPP m ↓ ☆odel to invest, build, and operateα♣ the second phase of the Yangjianγ&↕g Chengnan Sewage Trea ∏tment Plant for 22 years. The expansio€♠n of the second phase has ≈≥a daily water treatment capacity "‌of 40,000 tons, and the upgra✘¥♣ded daily water treatment capacity is 60∏‌,000 tons.

The PPP project for the expansion‌≈ and upgrading of the Yangjian→® ‍g Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase II) is l≤§↕ocated on the west side of Jinping Road, Jian≤αgcheng District, Yangjiang Cityσ↑. The treatment process adopts the "♥φ;A/A/O micro-aeration oxidation ditch&q₩'↑‍uot;, and the upgrading project adopts the &q™↓αλuot;high-efficiency magnetic coagulation sed€<ε‌imentation tank" process. The project γ↓site covers an area of →✘★approximately 8,400 square meters. The co∑→¥nstruction scale of the second♣₹π -phase expansion project is 40↔±,000 tons per day, and the design sc¥βale of the upgrading project is 60,000 tons peβπ✔r day. The overall cooperation ♥®&period of the project is 22 years, inc÷δ₹®luding 1 year of constr<¥±uction and 21 years of operation. The first-phase♣ ∑♠ upgrading project was officially o$®perated on October 1, 2019, and the second-phas✘&e upgrading and expansion projecσαt was officially operated o₹γ♣δn June 1, 2020. The s→✘∑€ervice scope covers the Chaopaishan area, the sou♦‌th side of Dongyue Park, the Lingdong South Comδ∏‌munity along Dongmen South Road a↓λ✘βnd Erhuan South Road, the Yuzhou γ♣©South Community along Fukangλ₹>  Road and Dongmen South Road, the Lingdong Commun¶φity along Jianglang Avenue anδ♦®d Xinjiang East Road, and the Binhai New D∏©istrict south of Xinjiang East Road and Nanpu  ₩Avenue. In 2020, the planned service populatγ♠ion is about 150,000 ←¶people.
