The first sewage treatmen§βt plant of Yangjiang High tech Zon ☆e is located in Fugang Industrial Park, Yaπ ngjiang High tech Zone, with a discharge outlet∏₽₩★ set up on the Jiangxi River in Moyang. The tλφεotal design scale of the projec§ ←σt is 50000 tons per day©♠, divided into three phas×φγes of construction, respoφ nsible for treating domestic and industria©πl wastewater in Fukuoka Park. The parkσ♥☆®39;s enterprises mainly focu ₹€s on food processing and hardware and&€ electronics industries.
The first phase of construction has • γa scale of 10000 tons per day, designed a♥∑ccording to the proporti←♣∏&on of 30% industrial wastewater¥∞★& and 70% domestic sewage♥↔, and was put into commercial operation in ☆™←November 2011.
After 12 years of development and changes,α™φΩ the actual treated w₽φ₩δater volume of the industrial par±←£♠k has increased from an initial average of÷±★₩ 1000 tons/day to an average of∏♠ 8000 tons/day; The actual proportion of industΩ$∑rial wastewater to domestic wastew<✔✘∞ater has increased from 30/70 to 70/30; The actua∏≠l inflow water quality C≈≥♥¥OD/TN/TP has changed from •≤σthe initial 200/30/4 to 500/70/10; The wa&$ter quality of the effluent has also been™> increased from Grade© ♠σ B to Grade A; Only through tech≠₩ε≈nological transformation can sewage treatment δ↓✘↔plants ensure long-term stability and αλ↔compliance.
With the support of the Yangjiang Municipa∞&∑§l Party Committee, Municipal Government, and Hi¶∞₽¶gh tech Zone Management Committee, the ∏¶technical renovation project started in November'λγ 2022 and was completed and o£↔φfficially put into commercial operation in July ≤€2023. After the technological׶ transformation, the newly b¶€÷uilt facilities of the€≤∏ sewage treatment pl'×↓ant are seamlessly integra✘'±♠ted with the existing fac★$♥>ilities and operate in a coordinated ma¶φnner. The sewage treatment fee±✘≥€ is controlled within 3.5 yuan/ton, which ↔♥is efficient and energy-saving, and↕↓ ✔ the effluent quality is s®∞× table and meets the ©↑standard. It is a demonstra≈<tion project for the transformation of in£γdustrial park domestic sewage treatment↑∑™✘ plants into industrial sewage treatment plants.₽÷±
